Q: What are shipping details? For the continental United States, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $65. Order subtotal (after discounts and before tax or shipping are applied) must be $65.00. All other continental US orders have a flat-rate shipping of $8.00. Hawaii Customers: Shipping is $44.99. Canadian Customers: Shipping is $49.99. Terms of offer are subject to change. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive? Our shipments are delivered via FedEx ground, averaging 3-5 business days for the continental US. These dates are estimates only. Once an order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your delivery.

Q: How did the company get started? Max & Peter Kater developed the range when their son developed allergies to most common household cleaning products.
Q: Where did you get the name for the company? The company is named for Max’s Father-in-Law, Dr. Roderick Murchison-Hume Kater: a sustainable farmer and free-range beef producer.

Q: Where do you manufacture? Where are your products made? We proudly manufacture in the USA. Our products include USA and imported materials.
Q: Are your products anti-bacterial? (Typically) products that claim to be anti-bacterial contain high levels of toxic chemicals that kill all forms of bacteria. Our products remove bad bacteria and the grime they feed on, without the use of toxic chemicals.
Q: Are your products chemical-free? No. Remember water is a chemical. Instead, we do not use “harsh” chemicals, which we define on Our Ingredients page.
Q: Are your Pet Care (Best in Show) products safe (non-toxic) for all pets? Our Best in Show products are designed for use on dogs and we cannot guarantee non-toxicity to all pets.
Q: What is difference between Boys' Bathroom Cleaner and Ladies' Bathroom Cleaner? The icon on the label is the only difference between the two products. The product formulas and scent options are the same.
Q: What surfaces can I use Counter Safe All Purpose Cleaner on? All of our cleaning products are safe for any surface not harmed by water.
Q: What types of floor can I use Effortless Floor Cleaner on? Any floor type not harmed by water including marble, wood, terrazzo & tile. This product is highly concentrated, we recommend mixing with warm water before use.
Q: Can I use Everyday Upholstery Cleaner on wood AND upholstered furniture? Yes! It’s the very first domestic-use product designed for fabric AND hard surface furniture.
Q: Are your products gluten-free? The products are not meant to be ingested, however, yes they are gluten-free. We don't use hydrolysed wheat protein in our formulas.
