Good Mix Seed Blends
What it is: A nutritious mix of 11 different fiber-rich superfoods and seeds that are fantastic for gut health and digestion. TBH: It looks like birdseed, but it tastes more like a quality digestive biscuit!
Why we love it: Look, there’s no sexy way of saying this, but we get backed up when I’m traveling. Or at least we used to because now we just eat a tablespoon or two of Good Mix and it keeps things moving right along. It's like a Power Wash for your insides!
How to use it: You only need about a tablespoon or two in the morning, and I put it on everything from yogurt to cereal to toast to smoothies.
Good to know: It’s delicious raw, but we recommend pouring some into a Mason jar and add a little bit of filtered water. That way, the next day all the delicious seeds and coconut flakes and bites of chocolate are softer and kind of smushy.
Details: Zero added sugars or sweeteners. All ingredients are certified USDA organic.

I liked all the seed blend, but my husband didn’t. Tasted great on yogurt!
I enjoyed this product! I have added it to my cereal in the morning to help me feel more full.
My Favorite Breakfast or Any Time of Day Topping!
I use it exactly the way the article written about the product suggested. It really tastes good whether in a Ball Jar with some filtered water OR plain. I especially love it with yogurt, blueberries and the Good Mix Seeds on top, but you could use it with anything you enjoy eating.
Good mix - incorrect weight of pkg.
Love this company. The weight on this pkg of Good Mix is incorrect....it's not 25 oz, 24 servings....it's 8 oz, 8 servings. A bit of a shock if you're thinking the bag will give you 24 servings.
