Himalayan Bath Salts

What it is: Pink Himalayan bath salt crystals used for soothing aching muscles, restoring the skin’s natural balance, and detoxifying the body.

Why we love it: Because this is the easiest detox treatment there is. We like this one because the fine grain means it does double duty in the shower as a scrub (plus, you’re not sitting on sharp little rocks in the tub)!  

How to use it: Add two cups of salt to bath water. Soak for 15-30 minutes. Emerge radiant and relaxed. We like to decant it into a glass apothecary jar with a wooden scoop because we’re fancy like that.
