Dry-Brushing is my new religion. I’m (slightly) joking of course, but seriously, nothing else I’ve tried in the beauty department makes such a huge impact with so little effort.

There’s been a lot written about Dry-brushing and why it's so important. Benefits touted include everything from cellulite reduction to better circulation. But for me, the best thing is that it just makes me feel better.

Admittedly, my complexion from the neck down has been smoother, firmer and generally better looking, but it’s the tingly buzz I get after brushing that keeps me faithful. It just makes everything...better.

Of course getting the right brush is key. I started out with the gateway version. It’s good and felt amazing right away, but after using it for awhile, I needed something more to get the same kick out of it. I’ll just say it: It’s addictive. But, unlike other vices, this is one habit that’s actually good for you!

I’ve tried coffee scrubs (messy) and sugar polish (great, but they make me crave sweets). Nothing else keeps the skin on my body looking as springy, firm and smooth as this dry brush. I cannot WAIT to get my hands on their amazing Body Oil when it finally comes to the US.

Bottom Line? This is one of the best investments I’ve made for my skincare routine and overall wellness. Five minutes a day to look and feel better is a great return for me.
