- Access your Customer Portal by logging into to My Account (here)
- Click on Delivery Schedule in the left-hand menu.
- You can adjust the delivery schedule by clicking "Skip" to the right of each product.

- Access your Customer Portal by logging into to My Account (here)
- Click on Subscriptions in the left-hand menu.
- To cancel a subscription, click "Actions" to the right of a product, and select the option Cancel.
- You will be prompted to select a reason for cancellation.
