How to Manage a Subscription

Changing a subscription frequency

  1. Access your Customer Portal by logging into to My Account (here)
  2. Click on Delivery Schedule in the left-hand menu.
  3. You can adjust the delivery schedule by clicking "Skip" to the right of each product.

cancelling a subscription

  1. Access your Customer Portal by logging into to My Account (here)
  2. Click on Subscriptions in the left-hand menu.
  3. To cancel a subscription, click "Actions" to the right of a product, and select the option Cancel.
  4. You will be prompted to select a reason for cancellation.
