Next Level Dry Brushing

Fascia Brushing is like Dry Brushing but deeper. The wooden nubs are specifically designed to massage the connective tissue (Fascia) that can cause pain and stiffness when tightened and is the cause of our old nemesis, cellulite. This brush targets stimulates, and loosens that tissue.

Daily use can help improve circulation, lymphatic drainage, and increase mobility and overall wellness.

For best results, use after a hot bath or shower. We recommend Sunset Oil to help the brush easily glide over the skin. Start at the feet, brushing in long strokes up to your legs, torso, arms and shoulders. Move your Fascia brush up and down and side to side, applying as much pressure as you can tolerate.
