Yes. All Murchison-Hume products are made with plant-based ingredients and are free from harsh chemicals, making them safe for use around children and pets when used as directed.
What fragrances do you offer?
We offer a curated collection of sophisticated fragrances including Original Fig, Australian White Grapefruit, Basil Mandarin Kale, Cedarwood & Lavender, and more. Many of our core products are available across multiple fragrance families for a harmonised home experience.
Can I mix different fragrances across products?
Absolutely! Our fragrances are designed to complement each other beautifully. Many customers enjoy creating their own signature scent combinations throughout their home by mixing fragrances across hand care, dish soap, and cleaning products.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. We never test on animals and our formulations are plant-based and vegan-friendly.

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer:
- Free Shipping Over $70 within the contiguous United States on one-time orders
- Subscriber Free Shipping Over $50 within the contiguous United States on subscription orders
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Murchison-Hume products. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our Returns & Refunds policy or contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Can I exchange a product for a different fragrance?
Yes, unopened products can typically be exchanged. Please get in touch with your order number and we'll assist you.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Please note: Discount codes apply to full-priced items only. We do not stack discounts, and promo codes cannot be used on items that are already discounted, bundles, or subscription products.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the "Discount code" field and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete payment.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No. Only one discount code can be applied per order, and we do not stack discounts. If you have multiple codes, choose the one that offers the best savings.
Can I use a discount code on sale items, bundles, or subscriptions?
No. Promo codes cannot be used on items that are already discounted, bundles, or subscription products. Discount codes apply to full-priced items only.
Why isn't my discount code working?

Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe to your favourite products and enjoy convenient recurring deliveries. Subscription items are processed as individual recurring orders.
Can I use discount codes on subscription orders?
No. Promo codes cannot be used on subscription products. Discount codes apply to full-priced, one-time orders only.
Does free shipping apply to subscriptions?
Yes. Subscription orders qualify for free shipping over $50 within the contiguous United States. One-time orders qualify for free shipping over $70 within the contiguous United States.
Can I combine subscription items with one-time purchases?
Subscription items are processed as individual recurring orders. This means discounts and free shipping thresholds do not combine across subscription products or with one-time purchases. Each order type is calculated separately. Please contact us to combine subscriptions or amend cycle dates and frequencies if you are unable to make the changes once you have logged into your account.
